After selecting 5 to 10 personal career choices, the S.O.I. career test is administered, an abilities test that identifies strengths and weaknesses intellectually and recommends what career choices match your profile. It offers valuable information,indicating if you are over estimating or underestimating your abilities in your career choice. It pinpoints what abilities are necessary to be successful in each personal career choice selected,and then lets you know your level of strength of that ability, and most importantly how you can increase that ability.
The 15 page printout offers how to develop areas that are necessary to be successful in each career field. A customized workbook is also specially designed for each person to develop their abilities.
